The levels of learning evaluation in the Kirkpatrick Model provide us with prompts to consider when evaluating progress throughout coaching:
Are they learning new knowledge and skills? How do you see this?
Are they applying what they’ve learned and incorporating it into their work?
What behavior changes have you seen?
Do you see positive results and tangible outcomes on their performance, projects and company?
Do they feel more engaged and supported at work?
Do they have more clarity in their goals and career trajectory?
